You already have plenty of evidence.

You have the experience. The accomplishments. The judgment people rely on. The things you do so naturally you’ve stopped noticing they’re unusual.

And still…

You have something to say in a meeting,
but hesitate long enough for someone else to say it.

Someone tells you you’re exceptional at something,
and your mind immediately supplies the reasons it isn’t really that impressive.

An opportunity appears. You’re qualified on paper,
but your attention goes straight to the two things you haven’t done.

You reach a milestone that once would have felt significant. Before long,
it becomes simply what you expect of yourself.

Other people may experience you as accomplished and capable. Your internal picture doesn’t always match.

That’s the Truth Gap.

The distance between what the evidence supports about you and what you actually let yourself believe.

What if you don’t need more proof?

Not another credential.
Not another accomplishment.
Not another round of trying to convince yourself to be more confident.

What if the work is to see the evidence that’s already there and begin making choices from it?

That’s the work of The Truth of You.

And it begins with

Level One: Recognize It.

Let It Count.

Level One: Recognize It

What happens when you begin seeing the whole picture?

You don’t come to Level One: Recognize It to be told you’re brilliant.

You come to find the evidence.

Over 12 weeks, you’ll examine your life through three different lenses: the gifts that come naturally, the character you’ve demonstrated consistently, and the competence you’ve built over decades.

You’ll gather evidence from your own experience and from people who know you well.

You’ll notice patterns you’ve missed precisely because they’ve always been there.

You’ll put language around qualities you’ve known at some level but haven’t fully claimed.

And you’ll begin catching the moments when you minimize, qualify, compare or dismiss what the evidence actually supports.

The goal isn’t a more flattering picture of yourself.

It’s a more accurate one.

The evidence lives in three places.

Most women can tell you what they know how to do. That’s only part of the picture.

Level One: Recognize It looks across three roots to uncover a fuller body of evidence about who you are.

GIFTS & TALENTS
What comes naturally.

The abilities, instincts and ways of thinking that come so easily you may barely register them as strengths.

CHARACTER
Who you consistently are.

The qualities you demonstrate through your choices, relationships and the way you move through difficult moments.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
What you’ve built.

The knowledge, capabilities and expertise you’ve developed through experience, practice and accomplishment.

You leave with more than insight.

What you uncover in Level One: Recognize It doesn’t stay in a workbook. You turn the evidence into tools you can return to when old doubt, comparison or habit starts narrowing the picture again.

Brilliance Labels

Language for what you’ve been seeing but haven’t known how to name.

Clear, memorable language for the gifts and natural abilities your evidence reveals, especially those you’ve discounted because they come so easily.

Brilliance Declaration

The fuller picture, in your own words.

An evidence-based articulation of your gifts, character and competence. Not an affirmation you’re supposed to convince yourself to believe, but a statement grounded in what your own life supports.

Evidence Journal

A record that keeps the evidence available.

A living collection of the moments, feedback and experiences that support what you’ve discovered, so one difficult moment doesn’t get to rewrite the whole story.

Avatar & Talisman

A way to bring what you know into the moments that matter.

Your Avatar gives the identity you’re choosing to act from a form you can quickly access. Your Talisman gives you a physical reminder of it, something that helps you reconnect with that identity when the stakes are real.

You don’t leave with a list of nice things to believe about yourself.

You leave with evidence you know how to use.

You won’t do this alone.

Level One: Recognize It is intentionally small.

You’ll work alongside a small cohort of women because some of the most important evidence about you is difficult to see alone.

You begin to see in other women exactly what you’ve been unable to see in yourself.

Their perspective helps you recognize what you’ve normalized. And seeing another woman discount something remarkable because it feels ordinary can make your own patterns easier to see.

The group becomes another source of evidence. You see your own patterns more clearly through other women’s experiences, and they often see things in you that you’ve learned to overlook.

The Truth of You Level One

You can see it. Now what?

Level One stands on its own. You leave able to catch the pattern while it’s happening, with tools you’ll keep using long after the 12 weeks end.

Level Two takes the work further. Recognizing it and living from it are different things.

Level Two is about trusting that fuller picture when something is actually at stake: when you’re making a decision, speaking up, setting a boundary, stepping into an opportunity, or choosing how you want to show up.

Level Two: Own It & Live It

Own It

Recognition becomes ownership.

This stage is about identifying the patterns, beliefs and triggers that can still override what you know about yourself.

You’ll test those patterns against the evidence you established in Level One, develop new responses, and practice returning to what you know rather than giving doubt automatic authority.

Live It

What you know becomes how you choose.

This stage moves the work into decisions, leadership, boundaries, risk, contribution and voice.

You’ll practice choosing from the identity you’ve claimed, and prepare for the Doubt Threshold, the predictable moment when acting from a more accurate identity feels unfamiliar enough to trigger old patterns.

Recognition changes what you know about yourself.

Living from it changes how you choose.

THE CONTINUING PRACTICE

The work becomes a continuing practice.

Level Two isn’t about never doubting yourself again. Old beliefs may still speak. The difference is that they no longer have uncontested authority.

Is The Truth of You right for you?

This work asks for something real: time, attention and honesty.

The Truth of You may be a good fit if you’re ready to look closely at the evidence of your own life, question some of the conclusions you’ve carried about yourself, and practice making different choices from what you discover.

You don’t need to arrive confident.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
But you do need to be willing to participate in the work.

Prefer to Talk First?

1. Complete a short questionnaire.
Tell me a little about what’s bringing you here and what you’d like to change.

2. Choose a time for us to talk.
We’ll explore what you’re experiencing, what you want from the work, and whether The Truth of You is a good fit.

3. Decide what makes sense.
We’ll figure out together whether Level One, the full journey, or something else fits you best.

Common Questions

Do I have to complete Level One before Level Two?
Yes. Level One: Recognize It establishes the evidence base that Level Two builds upon. You can enroll in Level One on its own or commit to the full Truth of You journey from the beginning.

What if I’ve already done a lot of personal development work?
That’s not a problem. The Truth of You isn’t designed to give you more insight for insight’s sake. The work is specifically about developing a more accurate picture of yourself from the evidence and learning to make choices from it.

What if I’m not sure I’m “accomplished enough”?
There is no résumé threshold. What matters is whether you recognize the experience this work addresses: a gap between what the evidence of your life supports and what you consistently let yourself recognize and act from.

Isn’t this just Imposter Syndrome?
They can overlap, but they aren’t the same. Imposter syndrome usually shows up as a fear of being found out at work. The Truth Gap is quieter. Many women don’t fear exposure. They simply don’t see the full record: the gifts, character and competence that never registered as evidence in the first place. You can be free of imposter syndrome and still have a Truth Gap.

How much time should I expect to spend between sessions?
Plan on approximately 1–2 hours per week between sessions for reflection, exercises and real-world practice. On alternating weeks, some of that time will include meeting with your accountability group.

What happens if I miss a session or need to pause?
All group sessions are recorded, so if you miss one, you’ll be able to catch up. If you need to pause your participation, we’ll work with you to determine the best way to rejoin the program. Program fees are non-refundable, but a pause doesn’t mean losing the work you’ve already paid for.

Can I start with Level One and decide about Level Two later?
Absolutely. You can complete Level One: Recognize It as a standalone experience and decide afterward whether you want to continue. The full-journey investment is available for those who know from the beginning that they want to complete both levels.
