01 / EXECUTIVE COACHING

Bring more of yourself
to the way you lead.

I work with leaders who want to strengthen their presence, communicate clearly, and navigate the demands of leadership with greater confidence and self-trust.

Together, we connect who you are as a leader with how you lead in practice, working with the decisions, relationships, and conversations you face every day. Each engagement is shaped around your goals, circumstances, and needs.

What we can work on

  • A grounded, credible leadership presence
  • Recognizing and communicating your strengths and value
  • Clear boundaries and expectations
  • Important meetings and difficult conversations
  • Challenging relationships and group dynamics
  • Decisions made with greater clarity and self-trust

THE FOUNDATION

Who you are as a leader

Clarify the leader you want to be, explore your strengths, and examine the assumptions and habits influencing how you lead.

THE APPLICATION

How you lead every day

Work with actual situations from your professional life, preparing, practicing, reflecting, and adjusting as you put insights into action.

OUR WORKING RELATIONSHIP

Thoughtful support.
Honest perspective.

We begin with what you want to accomplish and what meaningful progress would look like. I bring structure, and adapt it to what will help you most.

Let’s talk about coaching ↗

Deep listening & honest reflection

Questions and observations that help you see your situation from another perspective, including things you may be overlooking.

Support & constructive challenge

Recognition of the strengths you bring, with candid exploration of habits or assumptions that may be limiting you.

An approach shaped around you

Deeper reflection, a practical tool, direct feedback, or preparation for something happening tomorrow. Your needs guide the work.

A confidential working relationship

Space to speak openly about the challenges, uncertainties, and ambitions that can be difficult to discuss elsewhere.

02 / FACILITATION

Make the time
together matter.

Your group brings the needs.
I bring the process.

You may be planning for the future, working through a challenge, strengthening relationships, or exploring a topic that matters to your members.

I bring deep listening, thoughtful questions, and practical tools to help people contribute, develop understanding, and work toward a clear, agreed outcome.

The process fits the people involved and what you need to accomplish.

Let’s talk about your group ↗

01

Strategic planning

Clarify direction, establish shared priorities, and develop a plan for moving forward.

02

Team development

Examine how people work together and identify ways to strengthen communication and collaboration.

03

Working through conflict

Express different perspectives, clarify what people need, and identify a constructive path forward.

04

Group learning & exploration

Explore topics defined by your group’s interests and needs, with useful tools and guided exercises.

HOW I GUIDE THE WORK

Room to be heard.
Structure to move forward.

  1. Establish a clear purpose

Sometimes the objective is defined before we meet. Sometimes our first task is to clarify it together. Either way, we establish what we want to accomplish and how we will assess the result.

  2. Choose tools that serve the group

I draw on assessments, leadership development frameworks, and practical exercises. The situation guides the choice, from a structured activity to a question that opens a different perspective.

  3. Listen deeply and guide participation

I pay attention to who is speaking, who has not been heard, and what the conversation needs. I help people examine assumptions and clarify what they want to move toward.

  4. Maintain direction

I guide the group through difficult dynamics and keep the work focused, while allowing space for useful discoveries along the way.

  5. Close with clarity

We return to our objective, assess what we accomplished, and identify any decisions, commitments, or next steps.
